Medical professionals
Medical Coordinators
define, implement and manage medical programs in cooperation with local partners
Surgeons
provide surgical care, train local staff, organise surgery unit
Doctors, Nurses, Midwives
provide medical care, train and implement medical actions with local staff
Others
psychologists, pharmacists, etc. as needed
Non Medical professionals
General Coordinators
coordinate programs and activities for a specific region
financial, human, material and organisational responsability
Administrators
define and control financial, legal and administration rules
Logisticians
in charge of the living and working facilities, provide sound stewardship of the logistics programmes (construction, rehabilitation, sanitation) and assist in defining and applying the security rules.
Minimum requirements
- 2 years professional experience
- 6 months availability (shorter periods for emergency projects), with advance notice not to exceed 3 months in most of the programmes
- Fluent English or Spanish
- Flexible, able to cope with stress, sensitive to other cultures
